Deutsch-spanische Fachkräftebegegnung in der Jugendarbeit

Wie können wir Jugendarbeit so gestalten, dass alle jungen Menschen gesehen und

gehört werden – auch Jugendliche mit Flucht- und Migrationsgeschichte? „Brücken des

Verstehens“ bringt 25 Fachkräfte aus Deutschland und 25 aus Spanien zusammen, die

täglich mit vielfältigen Jugendgruppen arbeiten. In 14 intensiven Tagen in Spanien lernst du

neue Methoden zu interkulturellem und interreligiösem Dialog kennen, tauschst dich mit

Kolleg*innen aus einem anderen Land aus und entwickelst konkrete Ideen für deine Praxis.

Digitale Follow-up-Treffen helfen dir, die Ergebnisse in deinem Team weiterzutragen.

Gemeinsam stärkt ihr demokratische Beteiligung, baut Vorurteile ab und gestaltet

europäische Jugendarbeit inklusiver.

Worum geht es im Projekt?

„Brücken des Verstehens“ stärkt Fachkräfte, die mit Jugendlichen mit Migrations- und

Fluchterfahrung arbeiten. Im Mittelpunkt stehen interkultureller und interreligiöser Dialog,

Antidiskriminierung und der Umgang mit gesellschaftlicher Vielfalt. Das Projekt reagiert auf

wachsenden Populismus und Ausgrenzungserfahrungen junger Menschen. Die

Teilnehmenden entwickeln gemeinsam Methoden, wie sie demokratische Teilhabe fördern,

Hass und Hetze entgegentreten und respektvolle Räume in der Jugendarbeit schaffen

können. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen deutschen und spanischen

Organisationen entsteht ein europäischer Lernraum. Erfahrungen aus beiden Ländern

werden gebündelt, um die Qualität der Jugendarbeit in Europa langfristig zu verbessern.

Was passiert im Programm?

Das Herzstück des Projekts ist ein 14-tägiges Präsenzprogramm in Spanien. Die

deutsche Gruppe hat zusätzlich 2 Reisetage für An- und Abreise; für die spanische Gruppe

entfallen separate Reisetage. Im Programm erwarten dich interaktive Workshops, World-

Café-Runden, Peer-Learning-Gruppen, Praxisübungen zur Methodenentwicklung sowie

Begegnungen mit lokalen Jugendgruppen. Gemeinsam testet ihr Methoden zu

interkultureller Kommunikation, Antidiskriminierung und demokratischer Beteiligung und

übertragt sie auf eure eigene Arbeit. Nach der Mobilität bleibst du über digitale Follow-up-

Treffen mit der Gruppe verbunden. Dort reflektiert ihr die Umsetzung in euren

Organisationen, teilt Materialien und plant mögliche gemeinsame Folgeprojekte.

Für wen ist das Angebot gedacht?

Das Programm richtet sich an Fachkräfte der Jugendarbeit aus Deutschland und

Spanien: Jugendarbeiter*innen, Sozialpädagog*innen, ehrenamtliche Multiplikator*innen

und Vorstandsmitglieder, die seit mindestens einigen Jahren mit Jugendlichen mit

Migrations- und Fluchterfahrung arbeiten. Wenn du in deiner Organisation Angebote für

junge Menschen mit weniger Chancen entwickelst, z.B. in Stadtteilen mit wenig Ressourcen

oder in Communities, die Diskriminierung erleben, bist du hier genau richtig. Wichtig ist,

dass du bereit bist, deine eigene Praxis zu reflektieren und die Ergebnisse aktiv in dein

Team und dein Netzwerk zu tragen.

Wie kannst du / kann deine Organisation mitmachen?

Wenn du Interesse hast, an „Brücken des Verstehens“ teilzunehmen, fülle einfach unser

Online-Formular aus. Dort fragen wir kurz nach deiner Erfahrung, Motivation und deinen

Sprachkenntnissen. Die Zahl der Plätze ist begrenzt, damit wir gut miteinander arbeiten

können. Melde dich deshalb frühzeitig an und stimme dich gern mit deiner Leitung ab. Leite

die Ausschreibung auch an Kolleg*innen und Partnerorganisationen weiter, die mit

ähnlichen Zielgruppen arbeiten. So entsteht ein vielfältiges Lernfeld für alle.

Bridges of Understanding – German-Spanish Training Course for Youth Workers

A 14-day learning and exchange programme in Spain on intercultural dialogue, anti-discrimination and democratic participation.

How can we shape youth work so that all young people feel seen and heard – including those with refugee and migration backgrounds? “Bridges of Understanding” brings together 25 professionals from Germany and 25 from Spain who work every day with diverse youth groups. During 14 intensive days in Spain, you will explore new methods for intercultural and interreligious dialogue, exchange with colleagues from another country and develop concrete ideas for your practice. Digital follow-up meetings will support you in sharing the results within your team. Together you will strengthen democratic participation, reduce prejudice and make European youth work more inclusive.

What is the Project about ?

“Bridges of Understanding” strengthens professionals who work with young people with migration and refugee backgrounds. The core themes are intercultural and interreligious dialogue, anti-discrimination and dealing with diversity in society. The project responds to growing populism and the exclusion experiences of young people. Participants co-create methods to promote democratic participation, counter hate speech and build safe, respectful spaces in youth work. Close cooperation between German and Spanish organisations creates a European learning space. Experiences from both countries are brought together to improve the quality of youth work across Europe in the long term.

What happens in the program?

The core of the project is a 14-day residential programme in Spain. The German group has 2 additional travel days for arrival and departure; for the Spanish group no separate travel days are foreseen. The programme includes interactive workshops, World Café sessions, peer-learning circles, practical method labs and meetings with local youth groups. Together you will test methods for intercultural communication, anti-discrimination and democratic participation and adapt them to your own work. After the mobility, digital follow-up meetings keep the group connected. You will reflect on implementation in your organisations, share materials and plan potential joint follow-up projects.

Who is this offer intended for?

The programme is aimed at youth work professionals from Germany and Spain: youth workers, social pedagogues, volunteer multipliers and board members who have several years of experience working with young people from refugee and migration backgrounds. If you develop offers for young people with fewer opportunities—for example in under-resourced neighbourhoods or communities facing discrimination—this project is for you. What matters is your willingness to reflect on your own practice and to actively share the results within your team and network.

How can you/your organization participate?

If you would like to take part in “Bridges of Understanding”, simply complete our online form. We will ask briefly about your experience, motivation and language skills. The number of places is limited so that we can work well together, so please apply early and coordinate with your organisation. Feel free to share the call with colleagues and partner organisations who work with similar target groups. In this way we create a diverse learning space for everyone.

Puentes de Entendimiento – Encuentro formativo hispano-alemán para profesionales de juventud

Un programa de 14 días en España sobre diálogo intercultural, antidiscriminación y participación democrática.

¿Cómo podemos hacer un trabajo de juventud en el que todas las personas jóvenes se sientan vistas y escuchadas, también quienes tienen experiencia de migración o refugio? “Puentes de Entendimiento” reúne a 25 profesionales de Alemania y 25 de España que trabajan a diario con grupos juveniles diversos. Durante 14 días intensivos en España conocerás nuevas metodologías de diálogo intercultural e interreligioso, intercambiarás experiencias con colegas de otro país y desarrollarás ideas concretas para tu práctica. Reuniones digitales posteriores te ayudarán a trasladar los resultados a tu equipo. Juntas y juntos reforzaréis la participación democrática, reduciréis prejuicios y haréis el trabajo juvenil europeo más inclusivo.

¿De qué trata el proyecto?

“Puentes de Entendimiento” refuerza a profesionales que trabajan con jóvenes con experiencia de migración y refugio. Los temas centrales son el diálogo intercultural e interreligioso, la antidiscriminación y la gestión de la diversidad en la sociedad. El proyecto responde al aumento del populismo y a las experiencias de exclusión de las personas jóvenes. Las y los participantes desarrollan conjuntamente métodos para fomentar la participación democrática, enfrentar los discursos de odio y crear espacios seguros y respetuosos en el trabajo de juventud. La estrecha cooperación entre organizaciones de Alemania y España crea un espacio de aprendizaje europeo. Se reúnen experiencias de ambos países para mejorar a largo plazo la calidad del trabajo juvenil en Europa.

¿A quién va dirigida esta oferta?

El programa se dirige a profesionales del trabajo con juventud de Alemania y España: educadoras y educadores de juventud, pedagogas y pedagogos sociales, personas voluntarias multiplicadoras y miembros de juntas directivas con varios años de experiencia con jóvenes con antecedentes de migración y refugio. Si en tu organización desarrollas ofertas para jóvenes con menos oportunidades, por ejemplo en barrios con pocos recursos o en comunidades que sufren discriminación, este proyecto es para ti. Es importante que quieras reflexionar sobre tu propia práctica y difundir activamente los resultados en tu equipo y tu red.

Allí te preguntamos brevemente por tu experiencia, motivación y conocimientos de idiomas. El número de plazas es limitado para poder trabajar en buenas condiciones, así que envía tu solicitud con antelación y coméntalo con tu organización. Comparte también la convocatoria con colegas y entidades socias que trabajen con grupos juveniles similares. Así creamos juntas y juntos un espacio de aprendizaje diverso.
